农民拉条子（陈建斌 饰）在镇上遇到一个讨饭的傻子（金世佳 饰），傻子跟着他回了家。拉条子贴了寻人启示，不久有人认领了傻子。紧接着又有自称傻子的家人陆续出现，说拉条子把傻子卖了。麻烦接踵而至，拉条子自知上当受骗却有口难言，他想不明白，好事怎么就成了坏事？他开始以一位农民最淳朴的办法想自证清白。而为了寻找傻子，他成了另一个到处缠着别人的傻子…… 影片根据短篇小说《奔跑的月光》改编，陈建斌自编自导自演的处女作。。抗日战争期间，国民党某连长董予铭奉命押送一批抗日军火到南京，军火安全抵达目的地，董予铭被上司授予了一枚“青天白日”勋章。然而当他得知历经艰辛运送的并非军火而是走私品时，为了证实自己的清白，他开始了调查。真相大白之际，董予铭面临着一场命运的决择……。Its Halloween 1989, best friends Sam and Josh are trying to enjoy what's left of their final Devil's Night before graduating high school.
